A Stronger Voice for Consumers in the UK and beyond…
WA were asked by Consumer Focus www.consumerfocus.org.uk to review and redevelop their existing Stronger Voice Training Pack. Stronger Voice provides training for consumer, user and community representatives involved in the planning and delivery of services and the development of products. WA now manage and deliver this training to a wide range of organisations looking to up-skill people to take on representative roles.
Stronger Voice is supremely adaptable to meet the needs of anyone looking to empower their service users or consumers. It also offers valuable insights for anyone planning, managing or creating services.
We have wide experience in bespoking the Stronger Voice training package for specific audiences. Notable examples include working with the Egyptian Government to create a package for their emerging national consumer organisations and working with councillors at a district council to create a training package for members to develop their theory and practice as representatives of local communities and enhance and improve their role in the scrutiny process. This latter work was shortlisted in the Local Government Chronicle awards
