Our team has a wealth of experience…

WA partnership Limited was set up by Margaret Atherton and Juliet Wells in 2001. Over the last decade we have built up a reputation for delivering high quality solutions for all our clients. Our team has a wealth of experience in education and teaching and in local government and consumer affairs.  We bring together expertise in project management, training, strategic thinking, research policy development.   We work with public sector organisations, central and local government departments, educational establishments and the private sector.

Margaret and Juliet are experienced teachers and trainers. With experience across the primary, secondary, further and higher education sectors.

We originally worked together at Edge Hill University in the North West of England and then later within the Public Affairs Department at Consumers Association (now Which?) where we worked together on projects aimed at  developing and supporting consumer and financial education and providing education expertise for a wide range of consumer affairs lobbying activity.

Since setting up WA partnership we have successfully managed a wide variety of projects for a diverse range of organisations.  Our work has included policy development and research, curriculum and resource development as well as training and supporting teachers.

Pete Strange joined the team in 2008. He has extensive experience working in local government in a variety of settings. He has an enforcement background within Consumer Services, Environmental Health and Licensing.

Before joining WA partnership Pete was involved with the ‘Built Environment’, and was the originator, champion and driving force behind the award winning Boulevard Project in the LB of Camden. He has considerable experience of running and overseeing projects of various sizes, including multi-million pound projects involving capital and revenue based work.

Peter also brings experience of innovation and change management to the team with his experience in combining and adapting services to maximum effect so as to create new results.
